Marc illy is an American entrepreneur, songwriter, singer, producer, blogger, social influencer and pianist. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, he grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa for a small time, then Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, San Diego, and Boca Raton, FL. He has spent about 16 years on and off of his life in California. Marc always had a technical background as a kid. He also was a scratch DJ since 15 years old and his mother a Piano player. After high school, he enrolled in college for computer science in Orange County, CA. After discovering he hated programming, he switched his major to music and business, took piano lessons & also interned at a local studio in Orange County, while working at Guitar Center. He then got a job with a famous musician as an engineer and took his skillset to the next level. After that Marc moved to Los Angeles and enrolled at musicians institute for the Keyboard program. He then decided to drop out and become a Full-time freelancer working as a Producer and engineer who also would sell beats online. Marc slowly started to land more and more jobs as a freelance recording engineer around Orange County and Hollywood, CA. He then began to collaborate as a recording engineer for Ghost Kasen. He went on to do some co-production and piano playing for Ghost and other artists along the years. Marc was afforded the opportunity to work with many legendary artists and producers and witness the music industry firsthand. Landing gigs as a pianist, solo artist, producer, and engineer for many of the big names in the industry, He also went on to go on tour for a Legendary group as an opening act. After that Marc decided to take a break from music and got a sales job with Chase. After one year he got promoted and relocated to Chicago as the Manager. He resigned with Chase after another year and opened up his first online business for Social media marketing. After seeing the power of E-Commerce, Marc decided he was going to spend one year traveling all of Asia, and residing in Thailand for one year, and then Taipei, Taiwan for 2.5 years where he opened up a representative office for his business.
