Well, I am a restaurant owner turned personal chef with a twice weekly meal delivery business. Many of my clients are in fitness or corporate careers & use the service as a way to save valuable time while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I very recently began blogging on my business website & had a short lived blog a few years ago while I was staying home with the kids after having my third child.
